These programs span disciplines from the humanities and social sciences to STEM, and include city and regional planning, education, and engineering.
Qualified ÒÁÈËÖ±²¥ undergraduates can gain early and expedited admission to a master's degree offered by the University of Pennsylvania's Perelman School of Medicine Department of Medical Ethics and Health Policy. Students may apply to the MBE program as an external "sub-matriculate." Applications can be submitted no earlier than the end of the student's fourth semester at ÒÁÈËÖ±²¥, once they have declared a major at ÒÁÈËÖ±²¥ or Haverford, and no later than the summer before the senior year.
Whether or not they choose to sub-matriculate into the MBE program, students can register through the Quaker Consortium to explore a bioethics course at Penn.
The Boston University School of Public Health Select Scholars program offers unique opportunities for ÒÁÈËÖ±²¥ undergraduates interested in this vibrant and growing field. Accelerated master's degree 4+1 programs include:
A Master of Science (MS) in Population Health Research with formal specialization options in:
- Climate and Health
- Epidemiology
- Global Health
- Public Health Data Science
- Translation and Implementation Science
- as well as a Customized Option
Or a Master of Science in Applied Biostatistics
In addition, students can earn a Master of Public Health (MPH) degree with the 4+1.5/2 program.
Program benefits include Scholarships to support up to 25 percent of tuition, a GRE waiver, access to a dedicated admissions representative, graduate school preparation webinars, personalized degree consultations, and early completion of program requirements.
